Corn silk promotes liver function and urinary health while supporting digestion and the digestive system.

Directions: To prepare drink, use 3 tbsp of corn silk for 1 cup of boiling water. Let it stay for 30 minutes, then drain it take 1/4 cup 3 times daily for better health. Store in a cool, dry place.
