This heel spur foot balm combines a cooling-warming blend of menthol and camphor with glucosamine, botanical extracts, and tea tree oil for focused everyday foot care.
The formula includes black radish, chicory, nettle, potato, and comfrey extracts along with Siberian fir needle and tea tree oils. Its massage-friendly texture makes it easy to work directly into the heel and surrounding foot area as part of a regular care routine. The packaging recommends applying the balm 2–3 times daily and notes that it may be paired with appropriate exercises and orthopedic insoles or heel pads.
