Marshmallow Root, 50g

Promotes expectorant, coating and soothing properties. Supports upper respiratory tract and digestive tract. 

Directions: To prepare drink, take 2 tbsp of root in1 cup of water at room temperature. Let it stay for 4 hours, then strain. Take 1 tbsp every 2 hours. Store in a cool, dry place.
