Active components of "Magnesium + B6 solution for adults and children 250 ml": magnesium lactate and magnesium gluconate in combination replenish magnesium deficiency in the body.

Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) - replenishes the deficiency of vitamin B6, which is necessary for the normal functioning of the central and peripheral nervous system. It also promotes better absorption of magnesium.

Magnesium in dissolved form is absorbed by the body more easily and quickly than, for example, tablets.

Allowed for children over 3 years old, pregnant and nursing mothers.

Directions for use and dosage: Children from 3 to 7 years old: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) per day with meals. Children from 7 to 18 years old: 2 teaspoons (10 ml) per day with meals. Adults over 18 years of age, pregnant and breastfeeding women, 2 tablespoons (30 ml) per day with meals.
