PhytoLab Laminaria Herbal Tea is a dried loose herbal tea made from laminaria, also known as Laminariae thalli. With its naturally marine, earthy aroma, this traditional herb creates a distinctive botanical infusion with a clean, oceanic character.

To prepare, pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of herb. Allow to steep for 1 hour, then strain. Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children.
