Salem Botanicals Kidney Support Herbal Tea is a caffeine-free herbal dietary supplement packaged in 20 individually wrapped tea bags. This botanical kidney support tea combines Indian kidney tea leaf, horsetail herb, yarrow flower, foxberry leaf, rose hip fruit, and echinacea flower. The blend is formulated to support the kidneys, urinary tract health, water balance, and fluid regulation.

For hot tea, pour 8oz of freshly boiled water over one tea bag. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes, then gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract. Add honey or lemon to taste. For cold tea, prepare as directed, remove the tea bag, and pour into an ice-filled glass.
