Naturalis Willow Bark Dietary Supplement is a dried botanical supplement made from willow bark, also known as Salix alba. Traditionally prepared as an herbal infusion, this loose bark has a naturally earthy, woody character and is packaged for simple at-home preparation.

To prepare, pour 200 ml of hot boiled water over 2 teaspoons of bark in an enamel dish, close the lid, and warm in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes. Strain, squeeze the remaining bark, and bring the decoction volume to 200 ml with boiled water. Take 1/2 cup twice daily with food.
