PhytoLab Flax Seed Herbal Tea is made from whole flax seeds, also known as Linum usitatissimum. Naturally mild, earthy, and lightly nutty, these loose flax seeds prepare into a simple traditional infusion with a smooth botanical character.

To prepare, pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of seeds. Allow to steep for 1 hour, then strain. Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children.
