Coltsfoot leaves support respiratory health by promoting expectoration and soothing the throat. 

Directions: To prepare drink, use 2 tbsp of leaves for 1 cup of boiling water. Let is stay for 4 hours then drain it and take 1/3 cup 3 times daily for better health. Store in a cool, dry place.
