PhytoLab Elecampane Root Herbal Tea is a dried loose herbal tea made from elecampane root, also known as Inula helenium L. Naturally earthy, woody, and aromatic, this traditional root prepares into a bold botanical infusion with a deep, rustic character.

To prepare, take 3 tablespoons into 1 quart of water. Boil for 2–3 hours until half of the liquid evaporates, then cool and strain. Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children.
