PhytoLab Knotgrass Herbal Tea is a dried loose herbal tea made from knotgrass, also known as Polygonum aviculare. This traditional botanical herb has a naturally earthy, grassy aroma and prepares into a clean, rustic infusion with a straightforward herbal character.

To prepare, take 3 tablespoons into 1 quart of water. Allow to steep for 2 hours and strain. Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children.
